I take insulin every time I eat, and I have five or six small meals a day so I'm checking my BG levels every three hours anyway. Since I'm checking so often, I don't bother to check in between regardless of the activity level, unless I feel a bit off. I can usually tell...

We can do this together.
We will continue on this journey until our dreams become our realities.

I exercise right after dinner...and usually for about one to one and a half hours...so I wait a few minutes after that to get to a total of two hours before I take my blood sugar.

After you exercise, when do you take your blood sugar? Right afterwards or a few minutes?
