For those that already have a good understanding of how to organize their workouts and just need a collection of KB exercises to pull from I recommend Enter The Kettbell DVD and More Russian Kettlebell Challenges. These two DVDs are from dragondoor.com and are full of instructionals on how to do various exercises ranging from the basic foundational exercises to some high intensity ones.
You'll find that most folks on here look at Dragon Door as the go-to resource for Kettlebells. Here's a link to their site. I'm not a DVD girl myself (still using those books and the original Prevention magazine article that inspired me to try them in the first place) but I have heard the DVDs recommended here are great.
