For those that already have a good understanding of how to organize their workouts and just need a collection of KB exercises to pull from I recommend Enter The Kettbell DVD and More Russian Kettlebell Challenges. These two DVDs are from dragondoor.com and are full of instructionals on how to do various exercises ranging from the basic foundational exercises to some high intensity ones.

You know what I'd recommend are two books someone recommended to me when I started:

The first is the Great KB Handbook. It's tiny but gives terrific tips and advice with photos that have really helped me.

The other is From Russia with Tough Love, just another more complete book:

You'll find that most folks on here look at Dragon Door as the go-to resource for Kettlebells. Here's a link to their site. I'm not a DVD girl myself (still using those books and the original Prevention magazine article that inspired me to try them in the first place) but I have heard the DVDs recommended here are great.

Hope this is helpful! Nikki

I am brand, brand, brand new to KB. Can anyone recommend a good intro CD?

Hey guys,

I know many people are shopping for different KB videos. Here's a site that lists different ones and they have links to real reviews.

I actually have the From Russia with Love KB DVD that someone on here recommended and really found it useful.

If you've tried any of these, please let us know (and please--we're all friends here!)

Enjoy!
