Unfortunately ...my wheels have fallen off ! I have been hit with a major sinus attack that had me flat on my back all day. No swings, no walking, nothing. Things don't look good for tomorrow, but we'll see.

Because of my 1,000 mile walking commitment, I've really fallen off of the kettlebells wagon this year. Last month I picked them up again, trying to do 5 minutes a day.
Well for the month of July, I plan to do my favorite combination of swings EVERY DAY. It's a reverse ladder 8-1. 8 two-hand swings 8 one-hand (each hand) 8 cleans (each side) 8 high pulls (each side) 8 snatches Then 7,6, 5 and so on down to one. Of course, I rest about 45 seconds between each rung of the ladder until I get to about 3.
