Well, now I have company for the week, who has taken over my workout room, so I won't be getting anything done this week. (other than talking and eating)

I agree, August we need to do something, but 300 is too much right now.

Don't overdo it, Wonder Woman! I'm almost all the way back, but I'm still not swinging or doing anything that requires bending. I'll be doing presses, halos, etc. this week.

Let's come up with a good challenge for August, maybe not so huge as 300+ swings per day!

Well, I am starting again tonight with this challenge, Hopefully, I can one full week in.

Unfortunately ...my wheels have fallen off ! I have been hit with a major sinus attack that had me flat on my back all day. No swings, no walking, nothing. Things don't look good for tomorrow, but we'll see.

Hi Mari,

Thanks for the challenge, I am definitely up for it!

I have been avoiding the snatch for a long time and this is good motivation to finally learn and master it as I've read that the snatch and swing are the 2 most effective exercises for fat loss.

Edit: I have just looked at some pictures of the snatch and see it is very similar to a one arm swing. No probs, No excuses! ;D

Hi Everyone!

Because of my 1,000 mile walking commitment, I've really fallen off of the kettlebells wagon this year. Last month I picked them up again, trying to do 5 minutes a day.

Well for the month of July, I plan to do my favorite combination of swings EVERY DAY. It's a reverse ladder 8-1.
8 two-hand swings
8 one-hand (each hand)
8 cleans (each side)
8 high pulls (each side)
8 snatches
Then 7,6, 5 and so on down to one. Of course, I rest about 45 seconds between each rung of the ladder until I get to about 3.

I welcome any swing buddies for this challenge!
