It sounds really good. I look forward to your progress and may join up one day. Right now single income on less than $20k ain't meant for much fun stuff that costs *anything*... Celiac at least meant I never eat out now ;p
However, I'm such a good cook (not kidding), I'm packing on inches cos I can't stop eating my own foods! Convenience foods (that I chose) were at least portion-controlled and not really BAD (save the self-poisoning thing). When *I* cook? Oh, lordy!

As the 21 day challenge offers varied workouts--beginner, intermediate and advanced, i think it's worth the $10 because I can benefit from it for a long time. I tried to find a post that gave the workout for free so I could post some of it here, but I couldn't anything.

Since I did lower weight (15lb), high reps (with the 10,000 Swings in 30 Days Challenge, which ended for me on 5March), I'm focusing on using the "real" kb: 12kg and doing less reps (obviously, I can't do hundreds like I was with 15lb!).
So far, I'm working on rotating certain exercises every other day and other exercises on the "other" every other day. It's about 15 minutes a morning.
