This is meant as a pyramid circuit: Do 1 set of each, rest and then continue on till the 10th set (if you can without puking)

Warmup: Halos, Figure eights
Builders 10X
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 (10!) Swings per side
10! Cleans per side
10! Goblet squats
10! Push-up to row
10! KB situps

Have fun!
