Warm up- 2 mins walking, running, skipping & JJ
5 wall squats
5 swings (5lbs)
5 wall squats
5 swings (5lbs)

10 front squats (10lbs)
10 clean & press (5lbs)
8 reverse lunges (right & left)
8 halos (10lbs)
8 figure eights (10lbs)
10 renegade rows (on knees, with 5lbs), feels awkward
8 get up, sit ups (5lbs)
8 windmills (left & right10lbs)

8 wall squats
8 swings

cool down, stretching

*I am new to kettlebells therefore I am using light weights until I get proper form and technique and get used to holding the kettlbell.

I will be headed out for a walk later.
