Getting enough protein is an on going dilemma. I use Vega, or Sun Warrior protein for breakfast, I sometimes use a Vega after workout protein drink, too. I worked for them for a short time and have a little stash.
We have chickens where I live so I do eat a few eggs a week, not sure if I will after I move. I eat beans, and nuts every day, seitan, and quinoa. I have to watch the quantities of nuts carefully as the calories add up. I eat the very occasional piece of fish, usually when I'm home in RI.
I've worked in the natural food industry for over 30 years, so I'm very well trained in natural food prep and nutrition, as well as herbs and aromatherapy.
I'd love to hear what other folks do.

I am curious how you get in enough protein doing vegetarian, to meet demands of KBing. But maybe it hits you differently or you do fish.
I am starting a new topic in the general area to get more exchange of idea about this.

I just started spinning, it's kind of fun, I can get to a gym when I'm out of town, and I think 2 or 3 times a week, with kettlebells most other days will do it. I'm mostly vegan, no soy, no sugar, I'm over 50, slower metabolism. It's hard for me to restrict my diet much more, but I will do a strict all vegetable diet/cleanse after my next trip.

Yeah, it looks like learning snatches. Get it into your muscles and it works great. But you have to work to get your body coordinated (and as he talked about the confidence). The first time I was told swing 5 times then throw it over me head, I was so worried I wouldn't get it past my head (and hit myself), it took me 2 tries. But it worked fine.

Good luck on that last 8 lbs, they get tough. Might try something to really shake up the body, like cut out grain carbs for a week, or increase the workout a good chunk (especially if it is not every day).

Sometimes I do pretty good, but not consistantly yet, it's fun.
I'm also moving cross country in 2 months, traveling back and forth a little, less consistant with my work outs, for now.
Will see if any one I know can video me when I get a little better.
I really want to lose the last 8 lb's, that have been so hard, before I move!

That looked very interesting and something I want to try in the future. I looked at all 3 of the 3 parts.
How are you doing? Do you have the first 2 parts down and are working on part 3?
What about a video when you are done.
