Its an ab drill. Laying on your back, legs straight up in the air and open, arms straight out above head holding kettlebell, crunch upper body up bringing kettlebell to meet leg which close together as you crunch up....basically 'Crunch and Close'. Hope that makes sense..wish I could draw a little picture!
I teach intermediate kettlebells and below is a work out we completed this week. Basically is consists of 3 1 min exercises followed by a 3 min swing, 2 mins of stair climbing (cooldown), just up and down a regular stair well. Each drill lasts about 10mins including rest. Oh and I would love some feedback! Enjoy!
DRILL 1 1min clean and press (30secs each side) 1min windmill (30sec ES) 1min body attack 3min swing 2mins of stair climbing
DRILL 2 1min Snatch(30secs ES) 1min Hand to Hand Swing 1min Sumo Squat 3min swing 2mins of stairs climbing
