30 second on/30 second rest
warm up
Rounds 1 & 3 with MacGregor (12kg)
2 Handed Swing
Back Lunge
2 Handed Swing
Front Squat
2 Handed Swing
Back Lunge

60 sec on/30 sec off
Round 2 with Duff (15lb) and Kit (20lb)
High pull, catch & squat
L/R arm row
High pull, catch & squat
Front squat
High pull, catch & squat

+20 minute elliptical
