The touch of lazy persisted. However, once I made myself swing I really felt good and wished I had more time. I have a 1 hour drive to work and was amazed at how good and energized I felt. I could feel that little workout in my front inner thiegh. (I'll have to look up the name of that one. I'm think abductor or something LOL). Anyway, it was a good short work out and I really need to try to do it again this afternoon for maybe 20 minutes.
