Tried the VO2 workout today. I liked it. I used my 16kg and had 6 reps per 15 seconds. I thought it was a good workout for 20 minutes. Started feeling my form get lazy around halfway so I had to focus on tightening up my core.
Well, thanks for the vote of confidence. I am currently trying to get my law license, so I have other priorities right now. I would like to do the cert at some point just to do it. There is also a certification in California for bodyweight training that I would like to get too. Gotta get the money making license out of the way so I have playing around money, haha.
Nick, Looks like I good workout. Great job on increasing your counts. OK, now I don't understand why you don't get serious and do the HKC cert, you could do it if you wanted to. But maybe other priorities right now. Jane
