Some team members have a great idea of keeping a log of their workouts that others will be able to see and comment on.
I think the easiest way to do this is for each person to start a thread with his/her name and then post the workouts daily, weekly, etc.
If someone has a better way to do this please share and I'll see what I can do for getting things set up! Post ideas for thread set ups here, but if you want to post your workouts please start your own thread-don't add it as a reply to this one. :)
