To create a thread, or new topic, when you go to the Motivation and Challenges section, click on the "New Topic" button. This will allow you to start a 'thread' that you can title "Eliza's Workouts" and then post daily what your workouts were. If you have problems let me know.

Great idea, I'm hoping it will warm up emough to get workouts in very soon.
How do you start a thread?

Some team members have a great idea of keeping a log of their workouts that others will be able to see and comment on.

I think the easiest way to do this is for each person to start a thread with his/her name and then post the workouts daily, weekly, etc.

If someone has a better way to do this please share and I'll see what I can do for getting things set up! Post ideas for thread set ups here, but if you want to post your workouts please start your own thread-don't add it as a reply to this one. :)
