Now what? I've done the cleans. I say take it from the clean position and do an overhead press. So 10 clean and presses for each arm. Not super hard but challenges perfect form.

Kinda a two-fer-one!

I've been away and glad to be back. This is the coolest team!

AAAhhhhhh. I got it now. I'm working out this AM so going to go do them right now. I shall do jumping jacks for my 10 seconds in between.

Next challenge 10 cleans on each side. Get a cleanin!

Ok, do figure 8 with a hold for 20 seconds without stopping; then rest for ten; the do more figure 8s with a hold for another 20 seconds; bounce on the spot for 10 seconds, then enjoy your freedom!

Does that help??? Tabata is a way of working out where one round is counted as 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. This is asking for two rounds of tabata figure 8s. Hai!!! Enjoy desu!!!!

Ahh come on, go for it. :)

Your TGUs are done, and now I propose two rounds of figure 8s with a hold Tabata style (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, and then you're done)!

ahhh, I was waiting for you! And now I can't do it! emoticon You have to be kidding me! Totally not fair.

Just for that the person who takes Dawn's challenge must superset the Russian Twist with a static plank for 30 seconds--hold yourself in a push up position or on your elbows, keep your back straight and your butt tight.

If that's too difficult, you can hold yourself in pushup position with your hands and rest on your knees. Make sure you body forms a straight line from the back of your knees to the top of your head.

GO!!!!!!!!

P.S. Dawn, you can't do this one either! Ha! Doesn't feel good does it! emoticon

You got it!!!!

Now, let's go for some Rack Squats. Clean the bell to the rack position in one hand, and then bottom out with a two-legged squat (don't let your knees come too far forward, as it can hurt them; go down as far as you feel comfortable). Do 5 with the bell on one side, and then switch with 5 on the other! Your choice if you want to clean the bell between each rep or not.

We're goin' total body here. Let's go team! Dawn is kickin' my butt!!!! I need some help! emoticon
