Also, like in my email to everyone, I want to learn from all of you. I want to know something that has worked for YOU and I want you to be able to explain WHY it does. Did you have to modify an idea or technique? Why? What was it? How did you find out about it in the first place? Does it have to do with diet? Nutrition? Exercise? Alkalizing? Kettlebells? Motivation? Or anything else under the sun???
