Some great goals people--really upping the anti!
-food is going well, but want to have a soaking routine down for nuts and lentils, so they're more convenient to eat and cook.
-keep dropping body fat % (maybe 13 or14%)
-keep working on SSST
-learn more about HRMs and applying it
-maybe start running to help with HRM knowledge
-don't overtrain. It's a big one, but now I'm seeing more results taking it easy, it's helping
-keep meat intake at once a week, max. Nice being semi-veggie again. Much more genki and getting stronger. Love the idea that I'm being made out of whole foods rather than dead things.
-stay organized with school, so it doesn't interfere with other activities
-keep rockin with Aikido. Lovin' it, especially now that the weather is getting warmer--lovin' the sweat.!
