I was perusing old threads and found this. I think it is worth reviving; so, here I go:

Hey Liz, that is great! Stay strong! The last time I lost, I threw out all my big clothes and now I am in big trouble! Time to get back into all of our clothes! Better yet, emoticon go shopping for smaller ones!

Hi all - just reporting on some little successes for me. Three days "on the wagon" with clean eating. Whoo-hoo! (it has been a loooooooong time). I played with my KB a little last night and am really enjoying adding it into my workout routine. I am also loving reading about it on the internet and on here. I still only have one pair of pants that fit well, but I feel like I am heading in the right direction again. AND I REFUSE TO BUY NEW PANTS!

Thanks Rede! Glad to hear that you haven't gone up. That is always a relief! Me too! I stayed the same over the weekend, which I am very happy about. I just had it when I lose one day, and then the scale goes back up the next.

You did really well on your girls weekend too, so you also deserve congrats for your success!

emoticon emoticon Well, as for myself, in spite of a 2-day splurge, I DIDN'T gain! My w/o has kept me in the safe zone. So now I will get back on track starting today.
