Here we are at the end of April and I thought I'd check back in with my goals. I have had mixed results -
checked: One of my goals was to figure out how to incorporate KB into the rest of my fitness activities. I am using my KB 2+ times per week. I've created a rotation plan for May that has me doing traditional cardio every other day, then KB or a FIRM cardio and wt training video on the days in between. I am totally in love with my Kettlebell and am working on scheduling a session with a trainer - may even get to do this next week. I'm psyched!
not-checked - I have been under 140 for some of this month but am back up over again by a few pounds. I really need to get my eating under control. I know it is subject to my emotions (and my hormones!) so will keep working on it in May. I swing widely between "clean" and "VERY unclean" eating!
