Good morning...I got the same thing...but did order from another source on Alibris and got my book Friday. I ordered from A1books on the 18th...so a little less than a week. Now I've just got to read it...summer is hard...so busy outside, it's hard to stay indoors.

Wanted to let everyone know this. I ordered my book from Alibris.com on June 10, on June 11th they emailed that it shipped out. On June 16th I received a email stating that they were giving me a refund. I emailed the seller AllStar to find out what happened and they said that the publisher asked them not to sell it till the mass release date. So if anyone wants to order from Alibris just don't order from user Allstar. Now I have to decide if I still want to order it or not.

Yep, I agree....gotta love economics! Atleast I got mine for $23....I just thought it was pretty bad advertising....cuz they were all on the same page....thinking those for $99 aren't going to get sold very quick.

I'm guessing the price is high because the initial printing has been sold out, and now it'll be the fall before the mass-market version comes out. That old supply & demand thing again!

There are some copies avaiable on EBAY. I am thinking of ordering one maybe that way I'll get excited to start.

I ordered the book from A1 too. I got my copy today. I ordered it on April, 15th and it arrived on the 25th. 10 days not bad.. Gonna go read now. Have a great weekend... Tina

I am really pumped about this. I hate my belly fat. I have always had a pouch. Even in high school I was 99 lbs dripping wet and had a pouch.

Kindda hard to believe. But you know it sounds healthy. I cant wait for the book so I know what the heck to do during the Jump Start phase.

I have already been incorporating some MUFAs at each meal and staying within my calorie limit.

I ordered it yesterday from A1 Books. I hope they are reputable. It came to a total of 18.68 with shipping and handling. Hard cover, brand new. Site said allow 2-14 days shipping. Kind of a spread there, but I will let you know how that goes.
