Hi Everyone it's been a long time since my last check in. Im 28 and I started the year off weighing in at 285LBS the most i've ever weighed in my life it was a wake up call. I have not stopped pushing for my goals, and transforming my mind and body. I am now checking in with a weight of 231 that is a 54LBs of weight shedded in 6 months. Im feeling great, working out 5 days a week, and seeing a personal trainer 1 day a week out of those 5. Personal trainer isn't needed for everyone, but what they is is 90 percent of the battle is in the kitchen and it's true, good luck to all those who are going after their goals. i'm 10LBS away from my goal, and if I can do it all of you can do it too.
