Well here is my first Weekly weight in.... working towards my first goal of 237lbs :) that's 10% ish of my body weight so lets do this!!! All time goal is much bigger but starting small!!! Also need someone to help hold me accountable, I tend to shut down as the slightest set back... going to be 30 in a year though sooooo need to get my hiney moving.

Still at 204.. although I rationally can explain not losing any further weight (I had some social activities that were not perfect for the diet, I've been exercising --and gaining muscle I suppose-- a lot), it's a bit disappointing to see the scale stuck at the same number..

Edit: I guess I was just holding some water or sth, the day after I was 201.. I know weight fluctuates a lot, so that may have been just lucky, but it's nice to see some rewards for the hard work :)

Weekly weight in at 196.6. Stil below where I was but not that long ago I was down to 192 and I couldnt believe it. I am now starting to think that was a glitch on the scale because I gained weight back. Then again with breastfeeding I feel like my body is constantly fluctuating weight. I dont know if I should put much stock into it now or just focus on the fact that I can button my pre baby weight jeans now, which shows progress.

Believe it or not over the last two days i dropped down to 192. I was so excited I just had to post here. I think I finally found the magic calorie number that allows me to not feel hungry but along with a little bit of exercise is going to allow me to continue to lose a good bit of weight fast while breastfeeding. I was at a standstill there for about a week and a half so for the scale to move this much over the last two days is amazing and I am so happy.

I hadn't been on a scale in forever, I always just 'guessed' more or less how heavy I was. I guess it was less confronting that way. To do it right, I bought a scale. Turns out I was only 2 kg off (sadly though, I was two kg heavier than I thought I was - but it could've been 10!).

So, despite starting a week ago, let's define this as the starting weight: 204 pounds.

This is my first time posting here! I usually do my own little weigh in! I mark it on the calendar and have tried blogging about my weigh in and feelings about it. I have a terrible habit of checking the scale multiple times throughout a day, but I make my official weigh in every Friday morning. I weighed in at 150.4 lbs. This was a little disappointing since I weighed the same last Friday. I am working hard though! The numbers on the scale don't always measure progress! Keep up the hard work everyone!!!

Haven't posted in a couple weeks, been on the road. Weight myself and now packed up my scale so that's it till October. I was up over 1 lbs before I left on my trip, but managed to maintain that without tracking and not exercising (except walking)....so I consider that a win. Anyways.....

+ 0.8. :( My second gain since I've started almost 6 months ago. This is disappointing, but I know not the end of the world. I just have to keep moving (literally). I have my last work shift tomorrow, and then a solid week to make use of my gym membership before I begin my travels (next Tuesday!). I think I might do a meal replacement shake plan for the rest of the week starting Wednesday...I know it's not sustainable in the long run, but I want to have a good week and get back on track and feel good before my trip.
