That is normally the time I would start binge eating chocolate! I've seen all these motivation pins on pinterest lately, and while some of them are stupid/corny, some of them are good. I think that there are so many motivation pins for working out because it's summer now. Though it is just coincedance that I have started my "lifestyle change" now and nothing to do with it being the beginning of summer. But it's probably what I need to see right now as I get frustrated easily. I have decided I'm going to make a goal poster and put it somewhere where I can easily see it, probably in my kitchen as a motivator. Anyways, enough rambling! I'm glad you didn't give up, because then you may just have to start all over again later this year, next year, ect.
I hadn't weighed myself in about a month and a half, so I decided to update my measurements under Track Weight. I gained 3lbs in that time. Ugh . What's surprising is this ought to been a moment when I normally give up. BUT I told my accountability buddy about it and looked over my food habits for the past week since I've started really tracking everything I eat. Now I understand the situations that cause me to overeat drastically. Also, and I hate dumping my problems on someone else, making a point to tell my buddy about it relieved the frustration. The next day, I'm up writing to all of you lovely SparkPeople and entering my breakfast into the tracker rather than throwing my hands in the air. I might actually make it to my goal this time! .
