This is my first day on the site, as i'm sitting here in PJ's i'm naturally feeling very motivated, but who knows how long that will last.

I have no doubt in my mind that I am capable of losing the extra weight I pretend not to see or care about, but deep down, I know I don't want to live like this anymore. The only thing stopping me, is me. I love food, and i have no self control.

The 2 goals I selected when i signed up are: 1) don't drink pop and 2) go for a walk everyday.

Hopefully the enthusiasm will carry over with to tomorrow :)
