I'm looking for an accountability buddy :) I'm 22, turning 23 in September and I currently weigh 241 lbs and I would eventually like to hit 150. Right now though I'm just looking to get under 200 again. My dad is getting married in July and I would like to be under 200 by then. My schedule is hectic: I work 60+ hours a week and Im going back to school eventually, i also spend a lot of time with my boyfriend and my family-but most of the time that includes going out to eat.
My trouble is I love eating until I'm stuffed full (mac and cheese=amazing), and I like to sleep more than i like to exercise lol.I get excited to be healthy and work out for about 2 weeks and then I lose interest. I think if I had someone who was keeping me accountable, and someone who i could help motivate, that would make everything a million times easier :)
Texting works best for me but I can get back in the habit of emailing =]

I'm 21 and looking to lose about 65 pounds. I currently weigh in at about 186 but I'm hoping to get down to between 135-125 lbs. I'm a junior in college and I don't have many people I know going through the same thing as me right now. I have fibromyalgia so getting this weight off is super important to my help and I would absolutely love to have an accountability buddy! Hello Jill, my name is Chelsi and I am just writing because it seems like we have a very simular goal and possible environment. I just turned 23, and I had a daughter in Oct of 2012, so I am a first time mom also but from MD. Also I am hoping to overall lose around 100 lbs at some point, but for now am setting smaller goals of 30 lbs by certain dates (really certain fun activities that are upcoming). I also have a very supportive boyfriend and family but I do feel a little uncomfortable speaking as openly as I would like about this topic, but I really think a little motivation would go a long way.
I have always truggled with my weight but a few years ago I was at a great weight and something happend where I gained 60 lbs in a year alone, and then had a baby, no help there. Hello everyone! My name is Dana and I am looking for an accountability buddy.
I am an architect from Dallas, TX and I'm 28 years old. I currently weigh 202 lbs and want to reach a goal weight of 135, for a total goal of losing 67 lbs. I am wanting to lose weight to have more energy and feel better about the way I look. My baby sister is getting married in August and I'd like to look my best for her big day. I don't necessarily expect to meet my ultimate goal by then, but I'm certain I can make some good progress.
I've set goals many times before and not reached them - this is the one area of my life where my own personal motivation isn't enough. I am looking for an accountability buddy that is interested in daily or every other day check ins. I am interested in a buddy who would like to communicate over multiple forms of media - text, email, spark messages, facebook, etc. I think the best way for me to keep at it is to have someone other than myself who I don't want to disappoint and I'd love to help someone else meet their goals at the same time. Hi Sara, Good Luck, and it sounds like you're doing great! You've lost 30 lbs already, and you know what you need to do. I always seem to run out of energy, and depend highly on sugary caffeine drinks... But, I am trying to drink much more water and green tea, rather than my sugar and milk with a splash of coffee. Good on you for going to the gym (I let me childcare become an excuse, because i feel terrible my son 4 comes out of preschool and then would go to the daycare at the gym.) I have quite a few Jillian DVD's, what do you suggest for me? (Beginner, but very familiar with weight lifting)

I have been sparking since a long time n lost some weight but since 1 year I am engaged now and getting lazy day by day gaining back about 30lbs of what i lost when I was working out. Hi I'm Sara and I'm 28 years old. I have 1 daughter who is now 5. I never had weight issues while growing up I had a fab metabolism. But when I got married to my husband I started to get very lazy and eat all the wrong things. I've lost 30lbs since I started my life style change. I go to the gym as much as I can with child care commitments (usually 4-5 days a week) with a friend, but her daughter is poorly this week so I am using my Jillian Michaels DVD's at home (she's great). Hi Everyone! I was on this site about 6 years ago and it helped me - along with other things - lose 40 lbs! and kept it off over a year. But then I met my now current BF, and it's been slowly starting to come back on. 3 years ago I signed up again to help get on track after I gained 30 lbs.. and it helped, but I wasn't dedicated enough - various factors - finishing school, changing jobs.. Now I am 80lbs heavier than my absolute lowest weight. Which totally sucks I need to fix this and start getting healthy again, because I know I can do it.
I would love to connect and create accountability partners to help each other in our journeys!

I am a mother of three looking to lose weight from pregnancies as well. I put on about 50lbs total not just from my pregnancies, but from life. When I am stressed, I tend to eat alot of sweets. My thing is ice cream. I lose weight and then I get ice cream and I over indulge. I can eat an entire thing of ice cream not those pints, but the gallon or 1/2 gallong not sure of the size. lol I am trying to control myself.
But anyway, I am looking for someone to diet with. I exercise 6 days a week. My rest day is Sunday.

Hi everyone, I hope I am posting in the right place and doing this right. Anyway, I am a 27 year old mother of three. I was not always overweight but through pregnancy and the stress of motherhood I have managed to put on 60 lbs. I am weighing in at 177 pounds and want to get down around 117 (the weight I was when I first got pregnant.) Twice this year I experienced the greatness in having an accountability partner through small goals (no refined sugar in February and workout 5 days a week for a month in August/September.) unfortunately, neither of my partners had even twenty pounds to lose. So I'm looking for someone who needs motivation and who can give motivation for a longer period of time.

Hello all! I have been up and down with my weight loss journey for the last few years. I got serious about it in April of this year and started out at 282.8. As of today, I am happy to say that I am down to 237.4! I am very excited. I have been blessed with a very supportive man who has also been another reason I want to get healthy. He is in the air force and we talked about getting married in the next two years and I want to wow him in my dress :) I would ultimately like to get down to 150ish and my short term goal is to be under 200 by January. I'm a friendly, outgoing, open, woman who is 28 years old and lives in sunny (except for lately) Colorado. I recently celebrated 6 years of marriage with my husband. I work at a trade school in Career Services and absolutely love my job. We do not have children despite going through a full round IVF (that ended in a miscarriage). We also do not have animals, because I have allergies. (These are usually the first two questions people ask me.) In my spare time I love to scrapbook, make cards, garden, read, play board games, and spend time with family. My weight peaked at 318 pounds. I've lost nearly 60, but would like to get down to the top of my healthy bmi. This means I have about 97 pounds to lose. I'm 5'9", so that helps. I have a ten year class reunion the end of July 2014. I want to walk in and make their jaws drop. I'm looking for someone who is committed, independent, driven, and determined. I am surprisingly confident for being obese. I just want the rest of the world to see the beauty I have on the inside radiate on the outside as well. Ideally my buddy would be someone who I could check in with or would check in with me. I'm open to texting and/or snapchat. I also attend Weight Watchers meetings and have a gym membership. I'm still tracking my calories on here though, because I needed a change of pace. I'm also interested in a buddy who is down to the basics. No crazy fad diets like cabbage soup for ten days. Just basic eating well, working out, and loving who you are. Is that you?

I am 25 and last year diagnosed with an Autoimmune disease. My highest weight was 215 and I am currently 195. I want to be 180 by December and by next year 140 -130 pounds. More than anything I want to increase my fitness level and enhance my life. I suffer from arthritis, asthma, and extreme fatigue. Despite all of this, I am determined to reach my goals no matter what.
My mission statement is to become fit and active through wisdom: knowing when to rest and play HARD. I don't believe in diets but more so about making healthier eating choices and moderation. I believe fitness and activity should be fun and part of daily life and not just some chore to get done.
I am in the beginning stages so my work out regimen is low impact.

Hi. I'm 23, living in northwest Indiana, married for 2.5 years to my best friend, and we have no kids yet. I am currently at 244, but started at 276. I would like to be at most 173. I have been overweight most of my life, and haven't been under 200 in over 8 years. This time I am really motivated to get healthy, but would still like some accountability.
