Hey! I'm Joanna. I started my weight lost journey a couple years ago at 230 pounds and made it all the way to 180 which I was happy with, but not finished. I then got into a relationship and I am back up to 211. My boyfriend calls it happy fat... It is not happy at all though. I am looking for someone to do this with. Not just weigh in with, but maybe be on the same meal plan - similar exercise routine. Right now, I do have a couple issues that prevent me from doing power classes including squats and lunches and various other things. However - I can ride bikes, swim, dance, walk and do some weight training. Lets do this! :)

I am bookworm and gym lover that needs a push to not give up when it gets hard and to push myself past what the "fat girl" in my head says is my limit. I know how too encourage others but when it comes to doing that for myself, well, it doesn't really work.

I'm looking for someone who is able to keep me accountable in making sure I get workouts in and get out to walk my dogs, even if it is just me and the dogs.

I need someone who is positive and doesn't mind kicking my butt back out of "Depression Valley" when I start to feel sorry for myself, or begin to doubt that I can stick this journey out.

I'm in Canada on summer break before starting 2nd year University. I'm working 3 jobs to earn money for books.

I try to prep meals and am also looking for someone who is willing to share ideas to freshen up steamed veg and proteins!

Hey there, I'm 21 years old and have been the "fat girl" for as long as I can remember. Initially that never stopped me from doing anything I wanted to do, be it acting, dancing, playing volleyball. At the time (in highschool) I was probably around 180lbs, I remember standing on the scale reminding myself to never hit the dreaded 200. Fast forward 4+ years, and my highest weight last july was 320! Since then I lost 40 pounds weighing in at 280 (first 30 from mindful eating, latest 10 from a lifestyle change+exercise) I'm looking for an accountability buddy preferably with in my weight range to help motivate and support each other and KCCO! (although, I don't need my buddy to be keto friendly haha)

I'm Lauren, nice to meet you =) I am 25 years old and currently weighing in at 290lbs. My highest weight has been 400lbs. I lost a great deal of that weight and stayed on a plateau for about a year. I did not gain or lose, so frustrating! However, within about 6 months I gained 20lbs. I really really need one of these. I struggle with motivation when it comes to losing weight. I want to lose the weight and I start out great but I soon lose the motivation needed to keep going. I text/facebook/email/ anything. but I am desperate!!!! I need motivation. my DH works 9-7 40+ hours a week so he can only be supportive a few hours at night and by then im already exhausted.

I am in need of an accountability buddy. I work from 3-9 everyday at a mental health rehabilitation agency and the hardest thing is not stuffing myself after a very stressful day at work. I'm 26. I am 335 and trying to lose 35 by June!
My biggest issue is eating when I'm depressed. I also have a big problem with portions and with taking the easy (and more fattening) way out of actually making myself lunch and grabbing fast food. Send me a private message if you think we might be a good fit!

Hi! :)

I'm looking for an accountability buddy :) I'm 22, turning 23 in September and I currently weigh 241 lbs and I would eventually like to hit 150. Right now though I'm just looking to get under 200 again. My dad is getting married in July and I would like to be under 200 by then. My schedule is hectic: I work 60+ hours a week and Im going back to school eventually, i also spend a lot of time with my boyfriend and my family-but most of the time that includes going out to eat.

My trouble is I love eating until I'm stuffed full (mac and cheese=amazing), and I like to sleep more than i like to exercise lol.I get excited to be healthy and work out for about 2 weeks and then I lose interest. I think if I had someone who was keeping me accountable, and someone who i could help motivate, that would make everything a million times easier :)

Hello Jill, my name is Chelsi and I am just writing because it seems like we have a very simular goal and possible environment. I just turned 23, and I had a daughter in Oct of 2012, so I am a first time mom also but from MD. Also I am hoping to overall lose around 100 lbs at some point, but for now am setting smaller goals of 30 lbs by certain dates (really certain fun activities that are upcoming). I also have a very supportive boyfriend and family but I do feel a little uncomfortable speaking as openly as I would like about this topic, but I really think a little motivation would go a long way.

I have always truggled with my weight but a few years ago I was at a great weight and something happend where I gained 60 lbs in a year alone, and then had a baby, no help there. Hello everyone! My name is Dana and I am looking for an accountability buddy.

I am an architect from Dallas, TX and I'm 28 years old. I currently weigh 202 lbs and want to reach a goal weight of 135, for a total goal of losing 67 lbs. I am wanting to lose weight to have more energy and feel better about the way I look. My baby sister is getting married in August and I'd like to look my best for her big day. I don't necessarily expect to meet my ultimate goal by then, but I'm certain I can make some good progress.

I've set goals many times before and not reached them - this is the one area of my life where my own personal motivation isn't enough. I am looking for an accountability buddy that is interested in daily or every other day check ins. I am interested in a buddy who would like to communicate over multiple forms of media - text, email, spark messages, facebook, etc. I think the best way for me to keep at it is to have someone other than myself who I don't want to disappoint and I'd love to help someone else meet their goals at the same time. Alright folks, I'm Lacie and I'm 26 years old. I am looking to lose at least 50 lbs. I have struggled with my weight all my life, because unfortunately I come from a long line of large women on BOTH sides of my family. I want to break that chain and become healthier! Hello everyone, my name is Danni and I am 26 years old. I recently finished grad school and I am getting married this year. Ideally, I need to lose about 40-50 pounds. I'm not really trying to lose it all before the wedding. My goal is to just be a healthier person, but if I happen to lose the weight before the wedding, I wouldn't be complaining! emoticon

I'm 23 and from Michigan.
I joined SP a few years back, lost the 30lbs I was trying to lose, quit, and withing a few years-gained 70.
I'm going to be moving down to Mississippi in about 5 months, and I'm looking to lose all that weight! I know I'm not going to get all of it by the time I move, I'm just hoping to get a bit of it, then keep it going!

Hi everyone! I'm a 22 year old recent college grad whose senior year wasn't too friendly to the waistline. I'm pretty good about getting my exercise in, but fail in the nutrition department. Hey Everyone! I'm really hoping to find someone to help me be accountable and will allow me to do the same thing for them. My 29th birthday is in a couple weeks and I know that the older you get the harder it is to lose the weight. I don't have any kids, but I teach and end up stress eating or have a hard time resisting when people bake. I love baked goods. Hello I am Nichole but I go by Kae! ( KYE, not kay). I am 26 years old and I want to lose over 50 lbs in the next 8 months. I have lost weight before, but I just keep throwing it back on. Hi, I'm Katie. I'm 28 and currently live in Nevada. I work for a conservation nonprofit. I have had success with Weight Watchers in the past but always end up "falling off the wagon". My husband works full time too, and is going back to school so I'm telling myself I don't have any excuse not to go to the gym after work, since hubby won't be home. Hi I'm Suz! I'm 24 years old and am slowly climbing out of a downward spiral I had in 2012. I have about 80 lbs to lose and I'm extremely motivated about getting fit. I've been trying to get my life back on target after messing up badly last year. My biggest success of 2013 has been graduating with a BA in Music Education. I am now in search of that first big job! Hi Sara, Good Luck, and it sounds like you're doing great! You've lost 30 lbs already, and you know what you need to do. I always seem to run out of energy, and depend highly on sugary caffeine drinks... But, I am trying to drink much more water and green tea, rather than my sugar and milk with a splash of coffee.
Good on you for going to the gym (I let me childcare become an excuse, because i feel terrible my son 4 comes out of preschool and then would go to the daycare at the gym.) I have quite a few Jillian DVD's, what do you suggest for me? (Beginner, but very familiar with weight lifting)

I've been trying to lose weight on-and-off since last July, and I am decidedly now ON. I currently have about 55 pounds to lose, and I'm ready to get healthy and STAY that way. I care for my disabled mother full time, so I don't have much opportunity to get out and walk/run or go to the gym, so most of my exercise has to be done at home...
