OK, this is the final final week. I am hoping all of you did better over the holidays than me. (I am just very, very grateful to not be vomiting all the time.) Last week, my official weight was up to 201 (from 189.) I know the 189 was dehydration. I forgot to weigh on my first day back to work so will do so in the morning.
Where would you like to go from here? I decluter, deep clean or weight loss challenge. I don't think I did well enough on a two prong challenge, so will do one thing which you guys would like.
