Haha - yeah, I forgot yesterday was Fast Sunday - it just feels just so "late" in the month (like almost a 1/4 of the way through it!) that I didn't realize it. lol However, I decided that I have to eat breakfast because I have a couple of medications that I HAVE to have food with, or else it could seriously upset my stomach, so I eat just enough to safely take the meds, and just enough water to swallow the pills, and then I skip lunch and wait until dinner (when I have to take my medicine, AGAIN! lol) So really, I did "eat" yesterday (but I needed to), but the main thing was I forgot to include my fast offering on my tithing slip and also didn't include it when I wrote the check for my tithing, so I had to write another check for my fast offering. lol

I have a hard time remembering fast sunday..my days blend sometimes..lol..but i do my best to try and remember why I am doing it. I usually take an appetite suppressant to help me out as i hate hunger pains. But, it is worth it to fast..
If anything I've learned has stuck, I would have to say that "confidence has been the key to my success" Never say Never, And remember....."YES YOU CAN"!!!!!!!!
There's a chance it may even be good for your weight loss. It's a chance for your faith to strengthen you spiritually and physically. You're mixing things up a little on your caloric intake, and letting your system reset. You won't be doing a heavy workout on Sunday, so you aren't missing out on fueling your exercise. You just have to remember that you aren't trying to catch up on all of those calories after you close your fast. Eat a good, well-balanced meal.

Why wouldn't you? ? ? It's only one day a month. I admit that I don't get my calories in that day but it's more important for me to do what the Lord wants me to do than to worry about my calorie count. I haven't found that it has negatively affected my weight loss journey so yes, I do fast on fast Sunday.
