Hello everyone! I decided that I'm going to post a team challenge for the month of July. I'm sure we all have a busy summer planned, but let's try and stay motivated to work-out and get some scrapbooking done.
Here is what I propose:
* Complete at least 4 pages in the month of July.
* Exercise for at least 1 1/2 hours a week. (This is basically 30 minutes for 3 days each week.)
* Remember to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
So who would like to join me in this challenge? The one that is going to be most challenging for me is actually the scrapbooking one. I would like to focus on doing a page a week, so this a great challenge for me.
