Going to have to kick myself and get going on exercise again! I'm so close to my goal but see it slowing slipping away. Lost my focus so better adjust those lenses and get it back.

Ok, so after a long absence from the challenge I am going to try hard to get back to it.
2013 was a rough year and my weight roller coasted from my highest to my lowest in no time and then back up to my highest where I am now. Anyway hope I can get my focus back and zap those pounds away this year.
My goal in 2013 was to lose 6.2 lbs and instead I ended up gaining 6 lbs. So I have those pounds PLUS the 6.2 I wanted to lose.

Here goes!
