Hello everyone,

Summer is well under way so lets keep working at shedding those extra pounds.

The first weigh in will be today Friday July 5and the last will be Wednesday July 31.

As usual I ask that you be committed to sticking with the challenge, post your goals weekly and be there for the final weighing in. If for any reason you cannot post on that specific day post it before or after and let the team know if you will be away for any time during the challenge.

Keep copying and pasting from week to week and add your new stats every Friday! Please do not deviate from this format. It sure makes my job easier to keep track of from week to week.
If you have any questions, please address them in the lounge or send me a spark mail.
