T's sister passed away at 5am this morning. It has been a long 8 yr battle with sarcoma.
Her husband and daughters are arranging to bring her back to Montreal for burial.
There is alot going on now and I don't know how much I will be here. Hope you will all carry on without me for awhile.

Hello everyone!

Time to get this month rocking!

The first weigh in will be Friday February 8 and the last will be Thursday February 28.

You know the drill! Let's do it!

As usual I ask that you be committed to sticking with the challenge, post your goals weekly and be there for the final weighing in. If for any reason you cannot post on that specific day post it before or after and let the team know if you will be away for any time during the challenge.
