I was thinking, if someone is struggling, we all could rally together and send support, on the other hand, for those who met their goals, they deserve a "pat on the back" congrats. ~just my thoughts, since I appreciate other's feedback

Time to get thinking of the May challenge! You may have noticed that I dropped the "A New Year, A New Start" from the title this month. Since we are starting our 5th month, the year is not so new anymore and soon we will be at the half way mark and summer will be upon us! Are we ready for it?
If not there is still time to work on it so let's get to it!
Come set your goal in pounds, inches or body fat after your last weigh in Monday April 30th.
First weigh in will be Friday May 4 and the last will be Thursday May 31.
As usual I ask that you be committed to sticking with the challenge, post your goals weekly and be there for the final weighing in. If for any reason you cannot post on that specific day post it before or after and let the team know if you will be away for any time during the challenge.
Keep copying and pasting from week to week and add your new stats every Friday! Please do not deviate from this format. It sure makes my job easier to keep track of from week to week. If you have any questions, please address them in the lounge or send me a sparkmail.
