Hello Team!

Happy April everyone! Spring is finally here and summer is approaching! So let's get busy and shed some weight for summertime fun!

As usual set your goal in pounds, inches or body fat and let's do it!
First weigh in will be Friday April 6 and the last will be Monday April 30. We will still have a weigh in for Fridy April 27th so we need to stay focused on that last weekend.

As usual I ask that you be committed to sticking with the challenge, post your goals weekly and be there for the final weighing in. If for any reason you cannot post on that specific day post it before or after and let the team know if you will be away for any time during the challenge.

Keep copying and pasting from week to week and add your new stats every Friday! Please do not deviate from this format. It sure makes my job easier to keep track of from week to week.
If you have any questions, please address them in the lounge or send me a sparkmail.
