Hello Team!

Happy February everyone!
Month 2 of 2012, and we are going to do this right? We are in it for the long run aren't we? So let's not lose momentum and let get those goals set for this month and let's get there!

So you know the drill, set your goal in pounds, inches or body fat and let's get going!
I hope to see all the January member back and some new ones too!

First weigh in will be Friday Feb 3 and the last will be Wednesday Feb 29.
As usual I ask that you be committed to sticking with the challenge, post your goals weekly and be there for the final weighing in. If for any reason you cannot post on that specific day post it before or after and let the team know if you will be away for any time during the challenge.

Keep copying and pasting from week to week and add your new stats every Friday! Please do not deviate from this format. It sure makes my job easier to keep track of from week to week.
If you have any questions, please address them in the lounge or send me a sparkmail.
