Hello Dennis & Dyet!
on keeping it going!
I am getting back on track more or less and have been consistent with my ST exercises Mon-Thurs this week with apx 30 mins each day.
Life is still a struggle with my mom so sick so I am juggling everything. We may take Sunday for ourselves and get in my 1st dive of the season. I imagine our water temps should be in the very low 50's by now. I can feel you shivering Dennis!

Saturday// I swam with a friend who was able to help me with my strokes, mostly the back stroke, we were in the water almost 3 hours, but only swam about 3/4 of a mile, we did a lot of talking. Hopefully his help will make me faster.

Got in some nice walks with the pooches this weekend! It was nice having some sunshine. Dennis sometime I don't know how I get through the winter. I was born here and still not used to it.

I got behind this time Monday 60 min. body works class Thursday 60 min. body works class
I need to get back in the pool, I haven't swam in weeks
WTG Michelar you've really been consistent lately., hope you can keep it up.
DYET, I can't imagine running 12 miles on a treadmill. 6 mile at an 8:14 that's a really good pace, WTG.
Nothing tastes or feels as good as being fit and slim feel!
I buffet my body and make it my slave!

Tues 2/26 Squats 120 Crunches 200 Plank 2 min Pushups 80 Total upper body workout with dumbells- biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, back Total workout time 35 mins
Wed 2/27 Squats 120 Crunches 200 Plank 2 min Pushups 80 Lower body workout Total workout time 35 mins

Dennis , that is a great bike ride and I am sure you are in better shape thatn you think to do that!
I am behind in posting workouts
Wed 2/20 - did lower body workout
Thurs 2/21 - did upper body workout
Friday 2/22 - squats, crunches & pushups
Sat & Sun - nothing

Saturday// 14.7 Bike ride in 62 min. These little bike rides are almost as hard as the long rides with the bike club, where you can draft off of others. Not being in bike shape right now doesn't help either.

Finally feeling good enough to workout.
2 Gym classes, 60 min. each Body Works and Yoga.
