65 min. swimming, 45 min. was freestyle intervals, 15 min. of breaststroke intervals, and 5 min. for freestyle cool down.

I went for an amazing 5 mile hike around Phoenix Lake with my bestie yesterday. When I got home my husband wanted to go for a walk so I went another 2.72 miles. What a great day!

I missed some workouts so here they are. After my Yoga class on Wednesday I swam 1 mile. On Thursday I did a Circuit Training Class, and on Monday I did another Circuit Training Class. I think I coming down with something so I stayed home today.
I was at a Mens Retreat over the weekend, so I couldn't work out then.

Yesterday was all about walking, walking and more walking. Walked just over 2 miles for my haircut appointment in the morning, then in the afternoon did 40 minutes on the treadmill.

Tuesday// I'm training for my swim meet. I swam 800 meters in 14:45, then did 30 min. of interval training, and finished it off with 15 min. of laps.

Monday I wasn't feeling too energetic....walked 1.77 (35 minutes) miles to the Post Office and back. Later on I did a mile on the treadmill (20 minutes).

Saturday was spent doing yardwork - about 3 hours digging out a patch of blackberries.....now THAT'S a workout! Sunday was back to the treadmill for 70 minuts / 3.5 miles!

It's sunny and beautiful and 60 degrees out. Started out with a 45 minute workout with The Biggest Loser on Wii then went for a lovely walk to the Post Office and back.

I just noticed I didn't post for Tuesday. I'm swimming in a race on Dec. 6, 7, & 8, and I needed to find out what my time is for the 800 meters, so I swam it as fast as I could, 14:55 was my time. I have 2 weeks to speed up, hopefully I can take off 30 sec.

Oh the weather outside is frightful (57 degrees and drizzly) but my treadmill is so delightful (70 minutes and 3.5 miles). Well, 57 and drizzly isn't too frightful but I just didn't want to go out. I'm a whimp!
