Yup, lets get 'er going!!! I've gained a couple of pounds the last few days, but, I haven't been drinking my 8 cups of water, and that really makes a difference. Oh well, at least it was after the weigh in!!! Hee hee!!

You bet! Time to get ready for the next dive trip. I've got 36 pounds left to meet my long term goal and I've got 'till May 1st to do it. That's just over 4 pounds a month, one pound at a time! emoticon

I don't think I made my goal, but who knows. My home scale gave me at least 4 different weights. I went with the most conservative.

No Change from 1 AUG to 8 AUG weight is still 165 which is good considering I was on vacation during this week. Did alot of walking in Florida.

There's a caveat that goes with this. I had to use my home scale. It's flakey. That's why I usually weigh at the gym. But my membership ran out last week and I have only been going there to weigh myself lately. I decided not to re-up until I get some weather where I can't get my work-out outside. I know that the last time I weighed at the gym, the home scale said a pound less. So that's what I'm going with here. I added a lb. to what the scale said. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it! emoticon

This is a follow up to Summer Meltdown Part 1 which ended today.
The Summer Meltdown Part II challenge will run for 4 weeks, from July 25 to Aug 15. Each Friday will be report day! Same as before.

You have a choice of setting your goal in LBS or INCHES. Use your weight of this last weigh in as a starting point, decide what your goal will be and post it as soon you can.

Friday July 25 will be the - lst report day and Friday August 15 will be the final one.

If you decide to use inches and you have your recent measurements you can use those and remeasure for Friday's report day.

Think carefully about your goal. You will not be able to change it midway.

The style format will be the same. It is easy to follow. Keep coping and pasting from week to week and add your new stats each Friday!

Pick a new emoticon to post for each lb or each 1/2 inch total lost.

If you have any questions, please address them in the lounge.

So you can go ahead and post your goal if you already weighed in to Part I, and come back Friday to report!

Kinch will be monitoring till I get back and then she will be leaving on vacation & I will wrap it up, awarding each one that reaches or surpasses their goal with a 25 pt goodie!

Copy & paste this format so we can all be consistent and makes it easier to track!
