That's okay, I broke my friggin' back. I haven't been working out, because honestly, I'm still in too much pain. So I'm going to sign up for the Summer Challenge II, BUT, don't be giving me a prize because 1 is all I'm going for for the entire 4 weeks. That's a lame loss, but I'll just be thrilled if I don't gain. This will keep me paying attention.

Great job everyoe! I haven't been to the gym yet to weigh in. Won't be able to post till later today. It will be a nail biter for me. Yesterday I was within a quarter pound of my goal, so hopefully the 1100 cals I burned yesterday did the trick! emoticon

THIS WEEK IS THE END OF SUMMER MELTDOWN I:

Because of Mich and my vacation schedule, we've decided to split the "goodie giving", so I'll hand them out next Monday and she'll hand them out at the end of MELTDOWN II.

I'm late but geez, I really have an excuse this week! I broke my silly back!

I'm gonna stay in the challenge even though I really can't work out. Let's see if I can still lose a little with food management.

This challenge will run for 4 week, from June 27 to July 18.Each Friday will be report day!

You have a choice of setting your goal in LBS or INCHES. You can use your weight of the last weigh in as a starting point. So if you lost anything to date it counts for Friday June 27 - lst report day!
If you decide to use inches and you have your recent measurements you can use those and remeasure for Friday's report day.

Think carefully about your goal. You will not be able to change it midway.

The style format will be the same. It is easy to follow. Keep coping and pasting from week to week and add your new stats each Friday!

Pick a new emoticon to post for each lb or each 1/2 inch total lost. If you disagree with this for the inches we can discuss it and adjust.

If you have any questions, please address them in the lounge.

So you can go ahead and post your goal and come back Friday to report!

Good luck everyone and mostly importantly have fun!
