I like the idea of cardio minutes or miles walked/run/biked/done on elliptical. Those are easy to track on Spark. A lot of my other teams have drink 8 cups of water as a goal but I think that's too easy to be a real goal.
I think a daily input of what our food intake for the day was on one of our message boards for a specified time period (say for 2 weeks or whatever). I'm thinking it would be fairly simple, for example:
Breakfast: oatmeal w/ sk milk lunch: Tuna sandwich on whole wheat, apple dinner: chicken breast, pasta, spinach, ice cream snack: M&M's
We could add comments, too, if wanted - like great day, bummer day, etc.
We have this new feature that has been here for a little while that I would like to set up.
We can have up to 5 team goals that we can set up. We do not have to do 5 all at once but I think it would be fun to start with at least a couple.
However since we are a team I would like your input as to what would interest and motivate each of you to track every day. It can be a monthly challenge where we work towards a monthly goal or a daily challenge.
Let me know what you all think would interest you and we can all decide together.
