I can't believe I made it! Earlier in the week, I hit 152.4, my goal. But I'm a bouncer. I always hit a new low, and then BOUNCE several pounds. This week, though, that micro-goal really made me pay better attention. I was THRILLED to see this new low this morning. And I have some pants on today that I haven't worn in more than 5 years I bet. :)

My revised goal was to lose 10lbs total and I've lost 14lbs all together! I stepped up my workout and watched the diet closely and it really paid off!!! Woohoo!

Well, here's my final weigh in since I won't be here tomorrow to do it: April 11 goal 5 lbs April 11 weight 146 (5 to go) April 18 weight 145 (4 to go) April 25 weight 144.6 (3.6 to go) May 2 weight 146 (back to the start, 5 to go!) May 9 weight 145.6 (4.6 to go) May 16 weight 146 (5 to go...again...aarrggghhh!!) May 23 weight 145 (4 to go) May 30 weight 146 (crap, 5 to go, I shouldn't have had all those carbs yesterday!) Jun 6 weight 146 (still eating too many comfort carbs, 5 to go) Jun 13 weight 145 (4 to go!) Jun 19 weight 142.8!!!!! I lost a total of 3.2 pounds! I'm really happy with that, though I think it's because I haven't been eating anything for the past few days because of stress about the convention and things at home. Hope it stays off!

I jumped on the scale this morning and it looks like I might have lost about 3 pounds but it doesn't become official until this Friday so I am not entering the loss yet. I was browsing through the Divers lounge and saw that there is now less than 2 weeks left to the bond girl challenge part 2. It looks as though I am not going to get down to 154 by then unless I do some radical things which I am not planning on doing. Any loss would be an improvement at this point. Have not exercised as much as I should the last few days because of the extreme temperatures we have had the last 5 days. Oh well at least I have a somewhat legitamate reasson for not over doing it.

OMG! So, 155 was my aggressive mid-year goal. OR, it was also my worst-case-scenario end-of-year goal.
Guess what - I saw 155.2 today! Woohoo!
I'm dealing with "abandonment issues". Sophie leaving is a bad abandonment. The pounds leaving are a GOOD abandonment.
I'm not likely to make the goal I've stated here, but I will absolutely take the 155.2 I registered today.

Way to go Pat, Mich, and CJ! I'm finally back in the loss column, too! AND I am done with moving out of school! That's some therapeutic stress relief.
Chem - I've felt your pain. Any way you can sneak away for some therapeutic diving???

Yeah, I am thinking that the 15 pound goal is shot, but I can do a CJ and be very happy to be down the 4 and whatever else I can shake by the end!
