Something like:
no bad candy or sweets for the week.
or
no bread
or no Soft drinks
or no kid juices like ( kool-aid, lemonade, ) its a killer on calorie intake.
or Dont eat after 7:00 or even 6:00 You will see and feel the difference
It can be anything Just let me know what's yours for the week????
Mine is Dont eating after 7:00, I already do the no coke thing I think its just empty calories for me I mean really do I want a coke for almost 150 calories or a nice bowl of cereal with crunch almonds and cold milk. Be smart about what is worth your workout out and goal.
Its ok everynow and then to have a coke just not all the time it.
A little everyday adds up in the end, after all I didnt gain it overnight.
