I am going to spend at least one hour outside every day playing with my son this week. The weather is so very nice, it would really be a shame if I didn't.

ok this week Im gonna try to have a health salad everyday this week and I've been doing good with no sodas so Im gonna stick to that.. but yea the salad this is gonna be it for me this week.

What is yours???

I actually schedule out my food at the beginning of my day, package it all in single servings, and eat every two hours. The problem with being awake 36 hours is that I won't know when the day begins and ends. Then the tired and munching comes and I get lost as to what day is actually being tracked. I do the fruit but I usually shoot for 3 to 5, though sometimes I am bad and trade one fruit for more coffee with sugar. Working midnights is awful.

You know what, you can stock up on the small 100 calorie snacks and munch on that instead of a normal bag of chips or something from the Vending Machine. and some fruit like an apple or orange or even a bowl mixed of nuts thats real good. So you can still snack and not mess up on your goal... Just an idea... emoticon I would make a goal to have one piece of fruit a day while your working. It helps to keep the digestion going.

I will be extending last weeks goal on reining in my iron will. Today may be difficult though as I assume I will be stuck at work for possibly 36 hours with out any sleep...sucks! The munching will hit when the sleep deprivation does.

New Week New GOAL, Mine is same as last week cause it worked so good this week and I will be adding no soft drinks this includes Juice. ONLY WATER for me.

My mini goal this week will be to not snack on anything that isn't scheduled for the day, and to not change my eating schedule mid-day to make exceptions for myself.

My mini goal this week is to do Yoga Meltdown at least three times (One night down emoticon ) and get outside and GO at least twice(First run this week planned for tonight with my little guy and hubs) AkA workout a min. of 5 days this week! and I would like to hit 170 by Sat.

Hey CAn you MaKe a SmaLL Goal FoR tHe WeeK???

Something like:

no bad candy or sweets for the week.
or
no bread
or no Soft drinks
or no kid juices like ( kool-aid, lemonade, ) its a killer on calorie intake.
or Dont eat after 7:00 or even 6:00 You will see and feel the difference

It can be anything Just let me know what's yours for the week????

Mine is Dont eating after 7:00, I already do the no coke thing I think its just empty calories for me I mean really do I want a coke for almost 150 calories or a nice bowl of cereal with crunch almonds and cold milk. Be smart about what is worth your workout out and goal.

Its ok everynow and then to have a coke just not all the time it.
