Actually, the ten minute workouts are right here on the Spark Site! Just go to videos, and click on see all.... They are listed there with all the workouts available from Coach Nicole...
There are quite a few ten minute ones as well as ones of a longer duration.... My biggest problem is that I have to do them (At the moment) in my office because I have to use my computer to play them!
There are ones that need some equipment, and others that do not need any.... I did the first one which was the kickboxing one and it was neat! And it went really quick.....
Plan to do it again today and from now on, as well as get back into our gym (We belong to one here but havent used it in SOOOOO long
) and walk.....
