11/24:
Exercise: 63 min on stationary bike = 63 minutes for the day and 63 minutes for the week.

Food: 360+ Good Calories

Goal: Snacked after 8 PM.

11/25:
Exercise: 83 min on stationary bike = 83 minutes for the day and 146 minutes for the week.

Food: 360+ Good Calories

Goal: Snacked after 8 PM.

11/26:

I finally got back to exercising after the holiday, but have really slacked on the strength training. Also need to work on the eating after 8 PM as I have been really bad on that one.

Ladies,

This is the time for us to really stay focused and motivated. The holidays are a wonderful time of the year, but it is a distracting time as well. Keep your focus on your health and do not be totally diswayed by the shopping and constant eating. Press in! We have a few days left in November and we have all of December. Let's not take into 2008 any bad habits that have detered us from reaching our goals. So, constantly stay focused and motivated!

Sorry I got so far behind. I went a little off track over the weekend.

11/16:
Exercise: 38 min stationary bike + 15 min of strength training/arms = 53 min for the day and 108 minutes for the week.

Food: 360+ good calories

Goal: Did NOT snack after 8 PM.

11/17:
Exercise: 31 min stationary bike + 10 min of strength training/abs + 60 min of heavy cleaning = 101 min for the day and 209 minutes for the week.

Food: 360+ good calories

Goal: Did snack after 8 PM. (Late night)

11/18:
Exercise: Hiking all over the park in heels (ouch) and shopping, but didn't count minutes. 209 minutes for the week.

Food: Bad

Goal: Did snack after 8 PM.

11/19:
Exercise: 79 min on stationary bike + 10 min of strength training/legs = 89 minutes for the day and 298 minutes for the week.

Food: 360+ Good Calories

Goal: Did snack after 8 PM, however it was a 90 cal granola bar after an evening workout and not boredom eating so didn't feel so bad about that. I just need to make sure to get my workouts done before 7:45 pm.

Goal went to the top end of my calories

Exercise 60 mins heavy cleaning, 60 mins walking- 210 total
Didn't track my calories
Went out for work's Christmas meal to a chinese restaurant- no idea how many calories I used.

Exercise: 60 minutes of brisk walking. Went to the Ohio State/Michigan football game today and walked 4 miles to and from the stadium

Food: 360 good calories, but I went over my calorie mark

Goal: No snacking after 8 pm today!

I'm still being really effected by some medicine. It's totally knocking me out! I also didn't do a good job with the stuff I could control today.

Exercise: 0 min

Food: 360+ good calories and some bad ones too

Goals: Snacked after 8 pm today. Late dinner with friends

I'm taking some allergy medication that is making me really lethargic. That combined with lack of sleep from studying and I'm a little out of whack this week.

Goal-didn't stay within my calories today, I must get up a little earlier tomorrow and plan my menu. I find I'm more likely to stay within my calories when I do that.

Steph- hope you'll feel better soon.
Hi all. I've been on nights, so have been too tired to get in any exercise for the past few days.
Managed 360 good calories until today when I've just been snacking on biscuits.
Stayed towards the lower end of my calories Sunday and Monday, have gone way over today. I'll get back on track tomorrow.
