Good Morning! I did my weight and measurements and compared them to the beginning of the challenge. Here are my results.

Official weight, goals and measurements:
October 9th: 195.4 pounds - total loss 20 pounds
100-day Total Weight Loss Goal: 30 pounds - 10 pounds short, but OK
Measurements: with total loss for challenge
Bust: 43.5" - 1.5"
Under Bust: 36" - 1"
Waist: 36.75" - 3.5"
Hip/Stomach: 46" - 3.5"
Butt: 45.75" - 1.75"
Thigh: 26.25" - 2.25"
Calf: 16.5" - .5"
Upper Arm: 13.5" - .5"

Total loss for challenge 20 pounds and 14"!!! And it helped me to be consistent with my exercise!!

Weight 150 total lost 17 (goal was 20, not bad)
measurements don't show much of a change.
All in all, I'm very happy and will take the 17 pound weight loss.

Don't give up ladies. Plateau's are such a pain but the weight will come off.

You are sooo close to your goal!! I know you can jump off this plateau! Have you tried zigzagging your calories? Changing your work-out? Examining your eating to see if your portions have accidentally expanded? Drinking your water?

AARRRHHHH!!!!

Sorry I'm posting so late!!!!
Ladies I am on a plateau and it's so frustrating!

I have three weeks (2 1/2 now really) until Lamberts76's wedding.
(Her wedding is what 'sparked' us on this quest)

I just hope that my body starts cooperating soon!!!!

I do think my inches have gone down, but I just haven't had time to check.

Wish me luck on the next two weeks!

September 26th: 197 pounds -- Lost 4 lbs. (I made it!)

My biweekly weight loss goal until August 12th: 4 pounds

Sorry I am posting very late. I've been sick. I have fibromyalgia and it has flared up really bad. It's been hard to even walk but trying to keep walking at least a little bit at a time. I've gained 5lbs. it's very discourging. But I have to keep the faith that I will bounce back.

Yay!! I lost another pound!! That's 3 for this week. I am in another challenge on another Spark Team that requires a Wednesday weigh-in -- so it's coming off twice as fast!! I've also lost 2 1/2" more inches.

Good Morning! I weighed in today because I was in a car for 6 hours Saturday and my feet swelled; thought I'd give it time to equalize. Didn't lose any this week though so maybe it needed more time. Anyway, here are the results.

Measurements:
Bust: 43.5" - lost 1/2"
Under Bust: 36" - lost 1/2"
Waist: 37.5" - same
Hip/Stomach: 46.25" - same
Butt: 46.5" - same
Thigh: 27" - lost 3/4"
Calf: 16.25" - lost 1/2"
Upper Arm: 13.5" - lost 1/2"

Ok, this week I pump up the exercise and make some changes in the body!!

(I was out of town this weekend)

Weight: 197.5 down 2.9 lbs. – 2.10lbs from goal
– FINALLY broke 200!!!
Waist: 38.5 - Did not measure again
Hips: 40.5 - Did not measure again
arms: 11.75 - Did not measure again

Weight Loss Goal for next weigh in is 4lbs = 193.5

Strength & Determination

I am breaking a life-long cycle. Finally NOT giving up what I have worked so hard to accomplish.

I am believe I have busted through my plateau. I have lost 3 pounds since our last weigh-in as a team. I am so excited, because I am beginning to fit back into my size 10s. If I get into a size 8, no one is going to be able to tell me anything!emoticon

Weight is the same no loss. But I lost some inches.

I forgot to weigh in yesterday!

I'm at 212. No change for me this week -- that's actually good, though. I had an emergency come up so I was totally and unexpectedly out of my normal routine, wasn't eating properly and such. The fact that I didn't gain is a good thing in my book.
