2/26 - 30 minutes elliptical 350 crunches
2/27 - 30 minutes walking

2/23 - goal 27 minutes: 38 minutes of walking, plus abs and pushups
2/24 - goal 27 minutes: walking 16 minutes

2/25- goal 38 (making up minutes from yesterday)- planning on heading to the gym for 30 of cardio and 20 minutes of ST and abs.

I ended up doing strength training yesterday in spurts, so I'm not exactly sure of the total time.
- 150 crunches
- multiple attempts at chin ups (I got a chin up bar this weekend). I'm good at getting 1 and then hanging there.
- lunges. I lunged around the house instead of lounged around the house!

Lucky Me... I'm 27 years old, and I just started the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. Those workouts are right around 22 minutes long. I should hopefully be able to squeeze in 5 more minutes...

Your challenge is to get your age in minutes of exercise every day. If you aren't getting close, just take an after-dinner walk.

This might be difficult for some at first....so, just work toward the goal...point is, to do what you can each day. Post how much you did. We CAN do it!
