Here is a challenge for February. I am sorry I am late on posting this.

Feb. 1st---------new month

Feb. 2nd---------track your meals for the day.

Feb. 3rd---------eat 3 green vegetables

Feb. 4th---------drink 8 water

Feb. 5th---------read a spark article

Feb. 6th---------comment on a team members blog

Feb. 7th---------play daily trivia on sparks

Feb. 8th---------spin wheel & let us know what you get

Feb. 9th--------go to the community & visit 2 blogs from members.

Feb. 10th-------try a spark recipe and let us know if you liked it and what it was.

Feb. 11th-------exercise for 15 minutes

Feb. 12th-------give 3 team members a goodie

Feb. 13th-------spend time with your family

Feb. 14th-------HAPPY VALENTINES DAY EVERYONE

Feb. 15th-------write a blog about how you are doing so far this month.

Feb 16th--------eat 3 fruits today

Feb. 17th-------lift some extra weight----can be anything you chose

Feb. 18th--------go the the health articles and read one. let us know which one.

Feb 19th---------stay within your calorie range for the day

Feb 20th---------make a healthy snack and share

Feb 21st.--------do something different from routine today

Feb 22nd.--------touch your toes 10 times if you can. IF you can't go as far as you can.

Feb 23rd.--------Take a day off

Feb 24th---------get 8 hours of sleep tonight

Feb 25th---------play daily trivia on sparks
