This week is an "exercise" week! You will be required to do three 20-minute cardio workouts along with two strength training workouts. Each cardio workout you do, give yourself 5 points. Each strength training workout you do, give yourself 10 points. The reason why strength training is worth more points is because we have a tendency to focus only on the cardio. The total points for the work is 35 points.
Let's get off the couch and get some workouts in our routine.
