I have gotten back into cardio! I have to work on getting back to the strength training. Additionally, I have to go see a doctor once I'm done traveling for my job. My knees have been bothering me a lot lately. Icy Hot is not the most pleasant smelling medicine!

3. Cardio - 15 min elliptical
4. Strength training - Power yoga
5. Sleep - 6 hours

4. Strength training - Rest
5. Sleep - 7 hours

I ate way to much this weekend while visiting my family, but got back on track today. Even managed to fit in a long run, which made me feel better.

1. Increase your water intake to 6 8-oz. of water. DONE 09/09 & 09/10
2. Increase your vegetable intake to at least 3 servings a day. DONE 09/09 & 09/10
3. Cardio workouts for 30-minutes 3 times a week. DONE 09/09 & 09/10
4. Strength training for 2 times a week. DONE 09/09 & 09/10
5. Sleep for 8 hours a day.

5. Sleep - 6.5 hours. Getting 8 is tough during the semester!

I'm in! I haven't been able to participate in the extended challenges and am ready to jump back into the group. This will be a great way to keep me focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle now that I'm back in school.

Ladies,

Summer holidays are over and the kids are back in school. Now, it's our time to get back to business. Let's start with the basics, because the holidays are coming up in November and December. The challenge will comprise of the following:

1. Increase your water intake to 6 8-oz. of water.
2. Increase your vegetable intake to at least 3 servings a day.
3. Cardio workouts for 30-minutes 3 times a week.
4. Strength training for 2 times a week.
5. Sleep for 8 hours a day.
6. Post your progress to the team!

It's time to get back on track! Next month(October), we will increase our workout times as well as water intake. Who's with me?
