This month, we are going to be doing a "Fresh Start" Bootcamp. However, we are going to be doing this in teams. Below the challenge rules are the following:
* 30-minutes for 3 xs per week
* 45-minutes for 1 x per week
2. Strength Training
* Twice a week
* Do an abdominal routine 2-3 xs per week
* Zig-zag your calories
* On cardio days, eat at the high end of your
* On strength training days, eat in the
middle of your calorie range
* On rest days, eat at the low end of your
* Complete elimination of the following foods:
* Refined sugars: no candy, no doughnuts, or
* White flour
* No white rice
* Reduce your processed food intake; increase
your fresh fruits and veggies
* Drink (8) 8-oz. of water
Ladies, it's time for us to have a fresh start. We are not going to look back, but we are going to push forward this month! We are not looking at what happened in the past 6 months for we have 6 more months to press towards. So, who is with me? Again, let me remind each of you who we are: We are Women on a Mission! So, let's starting living up to this team's name.
I will post the ladies who sent me a sparkmail of an interest in this challenge in another posting. If you are interested there is still time, because we start on Sunday, July 5th until Saturday, August 1st. However, I will need to know by Saturday morning, because I will make up the teams Saturday early evening.
Also, on Saturday morning, I need all of those who are interested in this challenge, to take your measurements (rt. upper arm, rt. thigh, waist, hips, chest) and weight. There is nothing to be ashamed off. The reason why we are doing this is for us to see which team has lost the most inches as well as weight. This requires us to hold ourselves accountable to our team.
So, let the games begin!
