I have a 3 LB gain for June. I was doing OK until last week, but we had rain almost every day and I just let my exercise minutes go way down. And just plain ate too much of all the wrong things.

I am moving in the right direction again, but I don't think it is possible to reach my 190 goal in 6 weeks. That is at least 3.3 lbs per week. Pretty lofty goal, but will do my best.

On super happy news, I hit my 40lbs milestone this morning.

Only 7lbs more to reach my second 10% loss and 10lbs to pass my previous lowest weight back in 2002.

It is so close I can almost taste it.

I'm actually scared to get on the scale for this weigh-in due to my recent traveling. Now, that I am back at home, I can get back on track! I think the next few weeks, I am going to go by how my clothes fit, because I know I gained weight!

Good to hear a few of us are succeeding. I'm doing really good on my water mini-challenge and this week I was really good on eating lite and exercising. Very disappointing to not loose anything. I'm still at 170 lb., where I started the challenge. Just can't seem to get the scale to budge. : (

Alright, my final April weigh in puts me at 227, much better than that last number I saw. =) Not where I had hoped to be, but it's still down a decent bit.

I didn't log my weight at the beginning of the month, since I just started back in here a couple weeks ago, but I do know it was knocking around at 230+, so that puts me somewhere between 3 and 5 pounds down, yay!

Lost the weight I reported last time. If I lose 2 LB by May 3, I will have lost 5LB for April. I have not succeeded at the 5LB loss in a long time, so I am really hoping to make it happen this time. I am back to riding the bicycle outdoors, which usually gets the winter weight off me.

So I'm averaging this week around 229 lbs, which would be a gain of about 4 lbs. =( Definitely NOT the direction I was trying to go, but it may all be water/ToM weight. I hope it is anyway. =/

Time to crack down on the late night munchies. That seems to be where most of my calories are piling in.

Stayed the same this week. As I have said in another post, I am fearful to get on the scale this week. With TOM and a brutal pig out fest over this past weekend... it is bound to be bad. Gotta take some gain here and there to keep you motivated to not let it happen all the time. Scare the motivation back into you.

I think this is a bit of a fluke. I don't actually own my own scale, so I can't do the weigh in first thing in the morning thing. I've been relying on the one at school. This weekend, I was home for the holiday and got to use my mom's scale and I was 7 pounds less than the last time I weighed at school (usually after lunch...not ideal...). I've decided this means I need to buy my own scale and keep it at home. This kinda proves it.

Anyway, that's a long way of saying I really have no idea how much I weigh and need to invest in a scale of my own. But I'll take the low number and run with that cause I like it.

I'll re-evaluate goals and re-post once I have my own scale and can establish what it thinks I weigh under the proper weighing conditions.

I am already a week behind but I am getting on this one. I have a weight goal and a fitness goal. I am climbing Mt. Fuji in Aug. I want to go up and down and still be able to tour Tokyo after I am finished. Anyone want to come with me, just let me know we will Sparkpeople up and down.

Weight April 25 = 172.8
Loss since last weight in 4.2 LB - back to my April 8 weight.

Weight May 1 = 171.2

April 1st - 169.76 lbs or 77kgs
Goal weight after 90 days - 163 lbs or 74 kgs

I had reached 72.2kgs/159 lbs as on April 28, 2009!!

SO now I am changing my goal weight to 68 kgs/ 149.8 lbs as on June 30, 2009
