Training for a race next weekend and in an attempt to try and get my stubborn weight to move I favored cardio this week (increasing length and number of sessions) and only did 1 1hr weight session. Good news it worked weights dropping! I'll try to squeeze in all sets next week with the increased cardio. (Got a dress I want into before April 10th that wont do up... If I can get into that that will be reward enough for me :) )

Ladies,

I am going to make this challenge a little bit of a competition. Additionally, there is going to be an actual prize at the end of March.

The challenge will be to see which Woman on a Mission can keep a steady streak going with her workouts and lose weight and/or inches at the end of March.

Here are the details of the challenge:

1. Take your measurements and weigh yourself on February 28th.
2. Weekly post your streak of your workouts.
3. You must incorporate 3 days of strength training into your workous a week.
4. You must incorporate at least 30 minutes of cardio for 4 days a week.
5. Since we are really focusing on workouts this month, you must drink 8 8-oz. of water everyday, but for the challenge you have to drink this same amount of water for at least 5 days a week. Additionally, you have to eat within your calorie intake at least 5 days a week.
6. Lastly, you have to post your streak weekly. Now, this will be based on the honor system.

This challenge will require you to keep track of your eating and workouts. Use any tools you feel comfortable with, whether that SP or something you use at home. Whoever does not post their Streak on a weekly basis will be disqualified from winning the prize.

On March 31st, you will have to let us know of your measurements and weight loss. Now, I know some ladies are not weighing themselves or taking measurements. But, I just ask that you do it for this challenge.

Now, the prize will be a giveaway of a $20 dollar giftcard to two of the ladies who does the best with this streak challenge. The giftcard will be mailed to your home address by myself.

So, ladies, who is up for the Streak Challenge starting Sunday, March 1st? Who will be the winner of the $20 dollar giftcards? Who will take the time and effort to really get focused on themselves and lose the weight?

When you take your measurements and weight, don't forget to give yourself a dollar for each pound and inch lost. We are going to continue to do this throughout the year!

So, let the games begin!
