60 min walk, 30 min heavy cleaning
Red - Tomatoes, red pepper
Yellow - Carrots
Green - Swiss chard, edemame, cabbage

I didn't lose anything this month. Actually, I feel good about maintaining since I've had so ease up on activity since hurting my knee. Walking has been really helpful over the past few weeks since I haven't been able to run.

Okay I weighed and measured today. I will be gone this weekend visiting family.

6 pounds lost this month.

5.36 inches gone this month.

Total since June 1st - 20 pounds gone and 18 inches from my body!

I bought one of those HRM watches today at wal-mart. I can't wait to see how many calories i really burn in a days time just doing normal activiites.

Not a good day. I took the day off from exercise because I had a lot to catch up on at work and this evening was the open house for my son's school.

colors today not good either. Tomorrow I am not sure how good that will be either. Full day of work and then getting ready to take off for the holiday weekend. I will be doing my weigh in and measurements on Saturday morning before we leave.

Thank you for these challenges. They keep me motivated and going in the right direction. I only took two days off this month so far from exercise.

hey everyone. it has been a hard weekend to stay in ranges and get my exercise. Today is our wedding anniversary and of course there was cake...lol I only ate a 2" square piece...had pasta for dinner..i didn't get much exercise in though...just a little house cleaning. I'll really have to make it up this week.

been doing a modified bonus challenge that worked better with my workout plan just keeping track` on my fitness page
1. 2 sets of planks hold for 30-60 sec each
2. pushups 2 sets of 25
3. hip abductor and adductor 2 sets of 15

Went for Bike Ride today - 4 1/2 hours (270 minutes). YEAH! My butt hurts, but that is okay, it will get better.

For the past week, I have been working on decreasing my refined sugars and this has not been an easy task. I almost bought some ice cream sandwiches today, because I want some chocolate. However, I put them back into the cooler at the store, because I just do not have enough discipline to eat the serving size. This has been harder than I thought, but I am taking it a week at a time!

Also, I will be having a huge salad for dinner in order to get my colors.

31 Minutes on Elliptical - Didn't overdo it today because we are going back on the bike trail tomorrow for another marathon ride (last time we were gone for 3 1/2 hours) We didn't go today because I went out and purchased a new bike for myself. Now, I should be able to go further and faster. I hope!

Day off from working out and calories were in my range, but they were all bad calories, well not all, but they weren't good either.

70 min treadmill
Got in all my colors today.

I'm a little frustrated since I tweaked my knee running on a hotel treadmill in Dallas. My motivation hasn't quite been where I need it to be and this isn't helping. I'm trying to do what I can, but it's hard to be patient. Hopefully, this will help me refocus on my eating which definitely isn't good.

did 30 minutes of biggest loser cardiomax dvd and 45 minutes of strength training workouts. got in 150 crunches while watching TV so i felt like I was being productive

All colors in today going to take the day off from the gym today I was there yesterday and ran on saturday and my foot is really hurting,plus my daugther was in a car wreck yesterday and I am SOOOO exhausted thank goodness she is all ok just cut up and really sore. The car she was in rolled three times but thank god she had her seat belt on.

Today I did 40 minutes on the elliptical.

Got all colors eating: bananas, raspberries, blackberries, stawberries, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, grapes, and raisins.

Ode to my blubber. Bye Bye Blubber!

June 1st - 180 lbs

June 29th - 171 lbs.

July 22nd - 166 lbs.

August 31st - 160 lbs.

September 30th -

45 Minutes walking, 20 minutes swimming laps, 35 minutes strength training

Red - watermelon, tomatoes
Yellow - bananas
Green - lettuce
Others - carrots, onions

I had strawberries, tomato sauce, red peppers, green peppers, and diced peaches

woke up at 6 am to work out on my elliptical. it's the third day in a row that I've done that. I feel great after a morning workout. I also realize that I've been on a great streak with getting 7 hours of sleep all week! I love that!
