Hey everyone. I am in a real funk, and I know I can do better than this. I have decided to make a 10 day challenge for myself, starting tomorrow and running through Sunday, May 4th. I will weigh and measure myself tomorrow morning and then weigh and measure myself again Monday, May 5th. I have no specific weight loss goal or anything, I just want to do my personal best for 10 days straight. I am tired of letting everything else get in my way and I am going to stay focused on this for the 10 days and just see what happens.
You all can join with me if you want to, but I just wanted to post this so I can have some accountability. I will be posting a blog every day for these 10 days to just sum up the day and how things went. Thank you all for being here for me, and if anyone wants to joint with me, I will be here to root for you! GO TEAM!!!
