Day 1 I totally messed up...which is sad because it was only the first day that I had recommitted myself. However, today I am doing much better. I am glad to hear that you are so well! Keep up the great work!

We usually do group challenges! We will be starting a new one on Thursday, May 1st. I am still working on May's challenge and will post on Sunday, no later than Monday! You can incorporate an extended 10-day personal challenge with the 5-pound Meltdown Challenge, if you wish! Much success on your personal challenge!

It is great to have you all "along side" of me. Makes me feel like I can't let you guys down, so that will keep me going. I will post every day saying how things are going and I am also going to blog every day, just to help keep me "honest". Knowing I have to get on and tell everybody what I have done will keep me straight.

I will definitely join you! I have been stuck in a rut for two weeks now and it is time to get out of it before anymore damage is done! Please let me know how it is going for you. I would love for you to help me stay accountable and would be more than willing to do the same for you.

What an awesome idea!!! Good luck and I know you cando this. I am also in a funk. I ran a 10 k 3 weeks ago and gave myself a week off afterward and , you guessed it, I haven't got back on track yet!!! This is the kind of challenge I need. I know of 4 days in the next 10 that I won't be able to run, but I will do some form of exercise those days instead. I will try to do this 10 days with you, LLuna!!! Go Team!

Hey everyone. I am in a real funk, and I know I can do better than this. I have decided to make a 10 day challenge for myself, starting tomorrow and running through Sunday, May 4th. I will weigh and measure myself tomorrow morning and then weigh and measure myself again Monday, May 5th. I have no specific weight loss goal or anything, I just want to do my personal best for 10 days straight. I am tired of letting everything else get in my way and I am going to stay focused on this for the 10 days and just see what happens.
You all can join with me if you want to, but I just wanted to post this so I can have some accountability. I will be posting a blog every day for these 10 days to just sum up the day and how things went. Thank you all for being here for me, and if anyone wants to joint with me, I will be here to root for you! GO TEAM!!!
