found a great indoor walking exercise video by Leslie Sansone on Realage.com and youtube. Just google walking part one start quick and easy to find it online. Walking part one is only 14 minutes long and when you get to the end of it she says it is the equivalent of walking one mile if you also do part two it is the equivalent of walking two miles and part two has some cool down stretches at the end of it. She has some other videos too. I think you can go up to four miles from what I saw or you can keep doing part one and two over if you can for more walking miles so you can do it in any type of weather and be safe indoors doing it. You don't need much room to work in if that is a problem for you. Try it you will like it and be sure to let me know how you like it. Sure you will love it like I do.
